Please note:

• This payment secures your commission and covers materials and labour.
• The design has already been agreed prior to purchase. Once work has begun, any additional design changes may not be possible and, if feasible, may incur an additional charge.
• Final photographs will be provided before dispatch to confirm the finished shoes match the agreed design.
• As this is a personalised commission created to your agreed specification, cancellations or refunds are not available once work has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law or if the finished item does not match the agreed design.
