    We take pride in our work and aim for perfection. Due to the personalised nature of our products:

 

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the design once approved.

    To ensure the longevity of your custom trainers:
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, machine washing, and prolonged exposure to water.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth and recommended cleaning products.
  • Handle with care — these are wearable art pieces, not mass-produced shoes.

  • We provide proof images of your design before completion, and it is your responsibility to confirm all details.
